Mix as follows: Water 4 parts (e.g., 4 litres) One Step (green label) 1 parts (e.g., 1 litre) Janola (or other chlorine bleach) ¼ part (e.g., 250 ml) If the surface is relatively clean, there is no need to wash off the above treatment mix. When left on and painted over it provides long term benefits as it help control regrowth. Note: Avoid using any cleaners which have sodium hydroxide (caustic soda) – if it is not washed off fully it will have a reaction with the linseed oil.
