An Easy Way to Refresh Exposed Aggregate and Concrete with NOVEX Easy Seal:
Exposed aggregate and concrete are tough surfaces, but over time they can start to look dull and tired. Dirt builds up, colours fade, and the surface becomes harder to keep clean. The good news? Refreshing it doesn’t have to be a big job.
With NOVEX EASY SEAL, you can bring paths, patios, entranceways and driveways back to life with just two easy coats.
Step 1: Clean and prep
Start by giving your concrete a good sweep to remove loose dirt. If it’s a bit grubby, wash it down with water.
If you’ve got moss, mould or algae, spray on NOVEX TREAT‑IT and let it do its job. Once it’s worked, rinse or brush the surface so it’s clean and ready.
For very smooth or dense concrete (like a freshly trowelled slab), using NOVEX Prep Etch can help the sealer grip better — but for most exposed aggregate, just cleaning is enough.
Make sure the surface is dry before you start sealing.

Step 2: Mix and protect
Prepare NOVEX EASY SEAL as recommended on the label. Take a few minutes to protect walls, edges and nearby surfaces with cardboard or drop cloths — a simple step that keeps things tidy.

Step 3: Apply with confidence
Using a broom with soft bristles, work the sealer into the surface using circular motions. This helps the product reach into the texture of exposed aggregate and concrete. Apply evenly and don’t rush.
Once the first coat is dry, apply the second coat the same way.
Step 4: Enjoy the result
Your concrete will look refreshed, be easier to clean, and stay protected from the elements.
Seal it. Protect it. Forget about it.
NOVEX EASY SEAL keeps your concrete looking its best, without making the job hard.
