1. Clean the Surface
Begin by removing any dirt, dust, and loose debris. A stiff broom will do the trick, but for a deeper clean, use a leaf blower or a pressure washer.If you spot oil stains, scrub them thoroughly with a degreaser so the paint has the best chance to stick.
2. Repair Cracks and Holes
Any cracks or holes in the concrete should be filled with a quality concrete patching compound. Let it dry completely before moving on.

Scrub and Rinse: Once bubbling slows (usually 5–15 minutes), scrub the surface with a stiff nylon broom. Rinse thoroughly with clean water, scrubbing as you go to remove any loose salts.
Neutralise: After rinsing, use a mild alkaline detergent to neutralise any remaining acid.

4. Let it Dry
